Property Sales Manager

About the role

The Property Sales Manager drives sales, marketing and business development for the company's real‑estate portfolio. You will identify investment opportunities, manage property transactions and build strong relationships with investors, developers and key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and profitability targets.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure, including negotiations and finalising agreements.
• Identify land acquisition and development opportunities, conduct feasibility studies and coordinate with consultants, legal advisors and authorities.
• Create and implement marketing plans, oversee promotional campaigns, digital initiatives and property launches.
• Conduct property and land evaluations, analyse market conditions and advise management on trends and strategic opportunities.
• Prepare periodic sales reports, monitor performance against targets and maintain accurate records of all sales activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Finance, Engineering or a related field.
• Professional certification in Real Estate, Property Valuation or Investment Management is a plus.
• 10‑15 years of experience in real‑estate sales, marketing, business development or property management.
• Proven track record in property sales, land acquisition, development projects and contract negotiations.
• Experience with residential, commercial and mixed‑use projects is preferred.
