Properties Officer – Facilities Management

About the role

The Properties Officer will be responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness, appearance, condition and functionality of our premises. You will act as the main point of contact for tenants, coordinate maintenance activities and ensure that all facilities meet the required standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor cleanliness, appearance, condition and functionality of common areas, signage, lighting, furniture, fixtures and amenities.
• Conduct regular inspections, document defects and follow up with Facilities and Maintenance teams for timely resolution.
• Coordinate planned and corrective maintenance activities to minimise disruption to tenants.
• Manage day‑to‑day tenant requests, communicate maintenance schedules, access restrictions and service interruptions.
• Maintain records of tenant communications, complaints and resolutions, and report recurring issues to management.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities or property management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Strong command of English and Arabic; French is a plus.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for tenant relations.
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams and track maintenance activities.
