Head of Real Estate Division (Beirut)

About the role

CCMI Group is seeking an experienced real‑estate professional to create and lead its new Real Estate Division in Beirut. The successful candidate will build the team from scratch, shape the division’s strategy and drive sales performance in the Lebanese market.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, select and train property consultants and agents.
• Design and implement sales structures, processes and standards.
• Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, investors and clients.
• Secure high‑quality listings and oversee transactions from acquisition to closing.
• Set and achieve division revenue targets and monitor team performance.
• Contribute to CCMI Group’s overall market strategy and brand presence.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in the Lebanese real‑estate market.
• Established network of owners, investors, buyers and industry professionals.
• Proven track record of successful transactions.
• Strong leadership, negotiation and business‑development abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic thinking.
• Fluency in Arabic, English and French.
