Project Manager

About the role

Crackwits is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead client projects from briefing through delivery. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure high‑quality outcomes for branding, advertising, and digital initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan projects together with the Senior Project Manager and Client Servicing Director.
• Monitor progress, adapt work plans, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Coordinate internal and external talent for branding, advertising, website and mobile app UX/UI design and development.
• Maintain client and stakeholder relationships, prepare contracts, and oversee project documentation with Administration and Accounts.
• Identify growth opportunities, initiate new projects, and liaise with outsourced partners for digital development and printing production.
• Adopt and promote digital tools used by the agency and contribute creative ideas when appropriate.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience, preferably in a digital marketing, advertising, branding, or creative agency environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams such as designers, developers, content writers, SEO specialists, and media buyers.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English (Arabic a plus).
• Ability to work under pressure, resolve conflicts, and maintain attention to detail.
