Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Marketing Executive to join the Forward MENA team and work closely with the Zeal marketing group. You will be responsible for executing day‑to‑day marketing and communications activities that move prospects through the funnel from awareness to enrollment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the implementation of Forward MENA’s marketing and communications strategy across organic and paid channels.
• Maintain the annual content calendar and ensure timely delivery of assets.
• Create and manage content that aligns with the brand voice.
• Oversee Forward MENA’s digital presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, the website and other platforms.
• Monitor social media inboxes, respond to comments and messages, and escalate when needed.
• Track full‑funnel KPIs such as leads, cost per lead, acquisition cost and conversion rates.
• Assist in the planning, execution and optimisation of paid social and digital campaigns with agencies and internal teams.
• Test audiences, creative, messaging and offers to identify top‑performing combinations.
• Coordinate with creative agencies and internal stakeholders to meet calendar deadlines.
• Produce regular reporting dashboards covering acquisition, funnel and channel performance.
• Prepare donor‑related updates, marketing materials and campaign reports.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, communications or digital marketing.
• Hands‑on experience managing multi‑channel campaigns.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to own projects from planning through execution.
• Data‑driven mindset with comfort analysing performance metrics.
