Marketing Intern (Remote)

About the role

OEG Outsourcing is seeking a motivated Marketing Intern to join its remote marketing team. This full‑time internship will give you hands‑on experience in market research, campaign support, and digital content creation while working with cross‑functional teams worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research, gather data and analyse trends, customer needs and competitor positioning.
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital channels.
• Prepare and schedule content for social media and other online platforms.
• Support lead‑generation activities by collaborating with sales and customer‑service teams.
• Track campaign performance, prepare reports and suggest improvements.
• Help maintain the company’s online presence and brand consistency.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Proven interest in market research, data gathering and reporting.
• Basic understanding of sales and customer‑service processes to support lead generation.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks remotely.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
