Project Manager – Façade Construction

About the role

Modulo Facades is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of glass and metal façade projects from planning through completion. You will be responsible for ensuring each project is executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead façade, curtain‑wall, glass and metal works projects from inception to handover.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets and procurement plans.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to meet project milestones.
• Manage client relationships and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor safety protocols and quality standards on site.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of project management experience, preferably in façade, curtain‑wall, glass or metal works.
• Strong leadership, communication and coordination abilities.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills.
