About the role

Secours Islamique France (SIF) is seeking a Program Coordinator to support its mission in Lebanon. Reporting to the Head of Mission, the coordinator will supervise programme activities and local staff, contributing to the operational strategy of the humanitarian response.

Key responsibilities

Contribute to the mission’s operational strategy through context analysis, needs assessments, solution proposals, budgeting and human‑resource planning.
Design and plan projects, including conducting needs assessments, baseline surveys and drafting action proposals.
Oversee project implementation, ensuring activity planning, monitoring, and collection of verification sources.
Manage partnerships by defining modalities, supervising capacity‑building plans and ensuring partner compliance.

Required profile

Experience in programme or project management within humanitarian or development contexts.
Ability to analyse contexts, assess needs and propose solutions.
Strong organisational and supervisory skills for managing local staff and partners.
