Product Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Product Manager to join Chedid Capital, a leading financial holding company operating in insurance and reinsurance across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and South Asia. The role will be part of a 1,700‑member team spread over 64 subsidiaries, offering a dynamic environment to shape product strategy and drive market impact.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, define product vision and align with business goals.
• Develop and maintain product strategy, roadmap, MRDs and PRDs, justifying feature prioritisation based on impact.
• Collaborate with software developers, sales, marketing and support to set delivery timelines, budgets and ensure smooth implementation.
• Lead product rollout planning, working closely with internal teams and executives.
• Partner with marketing to ensure consistent messaging and effective product positioning.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of product management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field (preferred).
• Proven track record of managing a product through its full lifecycle.
• Strong ability to develop product and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations.
• Fluent in English and French.
