Product Manager

About the role

Shelvz is building advanced retail execution technology for CPG and FMCG companies. As a Product Manager you will own specific product areas, work closely with customers and cross‑functional teams, and drive high‑quality features from discovery to launch.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage assigned product areas through discovery, development, launch and continuous improvement.
• Gather customer needs via interviews, feedback, product data and collaboration with Sales and Customer Success.
• Translate problems into clear product requirements, user stories, workflows and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize features based on customer value, business impact and development effort.
• Maintain the product roadmap and backlog, coordinating releases with clear objectives.
• Support product launches, customer communication and adoption with Sales, Customer Success and Marketing.
• Define and monitor KPIs to measure usage, adoption, engagement and business impact.
• Conduct competitive and market research and identify AI or automation opportunities.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• Proven experience owning a product, feature set or significant product area.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with Engineering, Design, Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum product and engineering teams.
