About the role
The Sales Representative will drive profitability and market penetration for HOLDAL’s pharmaceutical portfolio within an assigned territory. You will be responsible for acquiring new customers, expanding existing accounts, and ensuring optimal product availability.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor client inventory and generate replenishment orders to maintain stock levels.
- Execute the approved sales cycle, conduct daily visits, and promote new items, promotions, and bundles.
- Recruit and onboard new clients to broaden distribution coverage.
- Increase market share by focusing on all assigned brands and existing customers.
- Track near‑expiry products with pharmacists and prioritize sales accordingly.
- Prepare and submit regular sales, collection, and market data reports.
- Collect invoices on time and coordinate with the RCC Unit to manage credit notes and account statements.
- Gather competitor intelligence on sales, promotions, and new product launches.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Biochemistry, or Biomedical Engineering.
- 1–4 years of sales experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Fluent in Arabic and English; French is a plus.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Highly organized with excellent time‑management skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
