Pattern Maker – Evening & Bridal Dresses

About the role

We are looking for a precise and technical Pattern Maker to join our factory team. You will collaborate closely with the Fashion Designer and tailors to turn design sketches into production‑ready patterns for evening and bridal dresses.

Key responsibilities

• Create accurate patterns based on design sketches and technical sheets.
• Perform grading (sizing) for a range of dress sizes.
• Prepare markers to minimize fabric waste and optimize consumption.
• Adjust patterns after sample fitting to ensure perfect fit.
• Archive and organize digital pattern files.

Required profile

• Experience with evening and bridal dress sizing is highly desirable.
• Strong technical knowledge of garment construction and sewing.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Must be proficient in Pad System software; candidates not skilled in this tool should not apply.
