Outdoor Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for an Outdoor Sales Representative to drive client acquisition and support across the field. The role combines direct sales activities with technical client support, ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to after‑sales service.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up with clients on inquiries and orders, building strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Generate leads, support business development initiatives, and contribute to achieving sales targets.
• Provide after‑sales service, handle complaints in coordination with internal quality control, and maintain accurate client records.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and software training for clients.
• Explain product features and technical specifications clearly, and stay updated on new products and market trends.
• Perform software testing and troubleshooting when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Engineering or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of experience in technical sales and client support.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Professional approach to training and supporting clients.
• Problem‑solving mindset with a customer‑oriented attitude.
