Operations & Sales Manager

About the role

Savvy Element is seeking an Operations & Sales Manager to lead daily production activities and drive commercial growth. Based on‑site in Beirut, you will ensure sustainable workflows while expanding the market for our eco‑friendly hygiene and skincare products.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and supervise production schedules, inventory, and supply‑chain processes.
• Implement operational policies, monitor quality standards, and report performance metrics.
• Lead the sales cycle: prospect identification, customer relationship management, negotiation, and target tracking.
• Supervise and coach staff, coordinate workflow, and ensure alignment with the company’s green mission.
• Collaborate with the founder on strategic initiatives and expansion plans.
• Prepare analytical reports on sales and operational data and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in operations management (production planning, inventory control, process optimisation).
• Successful track record in sales and business development, including negotiation and client management.
• Strong organisational and leadership abilities with experience supervising teams.
• Solid analytical and reporting skills, capable of turning data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication in English and Arabic; French is a plus.
• Interest in sustainable, eco‑friendly products, especially in hygiene and skincare.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on‑site in Fanar, manage multiple priorities and adapt to a growing small‑scale production environment.
