National Cash Van Supervisor

About the role

The National Cash Van Supervisor will lead and coordinate cash‑van operations across Lebanon, ensuring sales, collection, distribution and merchandising targets are met. Reporting from the main office in Zouk Mosbeh, the role combines field supervision with strategic planning to drive product availability and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor all cash‑van activities across regions, ensuring adherence to call cycles, routing plans and sales fundamentals.
• Track daily sales operations and guarantee On‑Time‑In‑Full (OTIF) execution of customer visits.
• Oversee truck utilization, maintenance, loading efficiency and compliance with operational standards.
• Develop and implement cash‑van sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
• Analyse performance by region, route, territory, SKU and customer segment, and report on KPIs such as sales trends, strike rates and collection rates.
• Ensure timely collection and settlement of cash and cheque payments, and monitor customer credit exposure.
• Lead, motivate and develop cash‑van representatives through regular performance reviews and coaching.
• Maintain merchandising standards, product visibility, POSM utilization and shelf presence across all territories.
• Build and sustain relationships with key customers and distributors, and conduct regular customer visits.
• Provide market insights for forecasting, demand planning and business opportunity identification.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience.
• At least 4 years in a leadership sales position.
• Proven ability to manage teams and drive sales performance.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret sales and operational data.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
