About the role

Al Massoud Grill is expanding its operations across Lebanon and is looking for enthusiastic hospitality and call‑center professionals to join its team at several locations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve guests efficiently as a waiter or cashier, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
• Prepare and cook menu items as part of the kitchen crew.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, staff scheduling and customer service as a manager or shift leader.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain register balances.
• Answer inbound calls, provide information and support customers as a call‑center agent.

Required profile

• Previous experience in the relevant role (waiter, kitchen crew, manager, cashier, or call‑center).
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and follow standard operating procedures.
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
