About the role

Al Massoud Grill is expanding its operations across Lebanon and is looking for enthusiastic hospitality and call‑center professionals to join its team at several locations.

Key responsibilities

Serve guests efficiently as a waiter or cashier, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
Prepare and cook menu items as part of the kitchen crew.
Oversee daily restaurant operations, staff scheduling and customer service as a manager or shift leader.
Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain register balances.
Answer inbound calls, provide information and support customers as a call‑center agent.

Required profile

Previous experience in the relevant role (waiter, kitchen crew, manager, cashier, or call‑center).
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and follow standard operating procedures.
Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
