Mid-Level Business Intelligence Analyst (BI Developer)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated mid‑level Business Intelligence Analyst to join our BI Factory. You will design, develop, and maintain reporting and analytics solutions that turn raw data into actionable insights for business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Qlik Sense, Tableau, or Looker.
• Write and optimise SQL queries, stored procedures, and data extraction scripts.
• Build and sustain ETL/ELT pipelines with appropriate tools or scripting languages.
• Create and maintain data models following best‑practice BI design patterns.
• Gather business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and validate data accuracy.
• Monitor and improve dashboard performance and user experience.
• Support production environments by troubleshooting BI‑related incidents.
• Participate in code reviews, adhere to governance standards, and mentor junior developers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience delivering end‑to‑end Business Intelligence or Data Analytics projects.
• Strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and ability to work both independently and within a team.
