Business Transformation Manager

About the role

The Business Transformation Manager will lead discovery workshops, analyse current operations and design improved processes, services and ways of working. You will work directly with clients and senior stakeholders to turn business challenges into practical, implementation‑ready solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate discovery and transformation workshops with business leaders, process owners and technical stakeholders.
• Map current‑state processes, identify root causes, and prioritize opportunities to improve efficiency, customer experience and service quality.
• Design future‑state workflows, define role changes, and translate opportunities into clear business and functional requirements.
• Develop process maps, road‑maps, KPIs and measurable success criteria, and hand over implementation‑ready documentation to product, design and technology teams.
• Lead stakeholder reviews, manage assumptions, dependencies and decisions, and ensure traceability from problem to solution.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in business transformation, management consulting or digital transformation.
• Proven ability to independently lead engagements from discovery through to implementation hand‑over.
• Strong facilitation, interviewing and senior stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical ability to turn ambiguous business operations into structured solutions.
• Experience working in consulting or professional services environments is highly preferred.

Required skills

• Process‑mapping tools such as BPMN, Visio, Lucidchart, Miro or FigJam.
• Familiarity with AI‑powered research and documentation tools to accelerate transformation work.
• Understanding of customer journey mapping, service blueprinting and service design principles.
