JV & Expansion Associate (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a JV & Expansion Associate to support Kaizen’s management in overseeing joint ventures, regional expansion initiatives, and strategic partnerships across the GCC and other key markets. The role is remote and ideal for a highly organized professional with strong commercial acumen and excellent Arabic and English writing skills.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the JV and expansion pipeline using Pipedrive.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive deal documentation and institutional knowledge.
• Coordinate mobilisation planning for new joint ventures and market entries.
• Prepare executive‑level Arabic and English business correspondence and strategic documents.
• Conduct market research and prepare briefing materials to support executive decision‑making.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of relevant professional experience.
• Native or near‑native proficiency in written Arabic and fluent English.
• Hands‑on experience with Pipedrive, HubSpot, or a similar CRM platform.
• Background in real estate, property management, facilities management, consulting, or business development support is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Based in Jordan, Lebanon, or Egypt (remote work).
