JV & Expansion Associate

About the role

Kaizen is looking for a JV & Expansion Associate to support its management team in driving joint‑venture initiatives, regional expansion projects and strategic partnerships across the GCC and other key markets. The role is ideal for a highly organized professional with strong commercial insight and excellent Arabic and English writing abilities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the joint‑venture and expansion pipeline using Pipedrive.
• Develop and keep up‑to‑date comprehensive deal documentation and institutional knowledge.
• Coordinate mobilisation planning for new joint ventures and market entries.
• Prepare executive‑level business correspondence and strategic documents in both Arabic and English.
• Conduct market research and create briefing materials to support executive decision‑making.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of relevant professional experience.
• Native or near‑native proficiency in written Arabic and fluent English.
• Hands‑on experience with Pipedrive, HubSpot, or a similar CRM platform.
• Background in real estate, property management, facilities management, consulting or business‑development support is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Professionals based in Jordan, Lebanon or Egypt are encouraged to apply.
