Junior Sales & Partnerships (AI-driven)

About the role

Popsy is building a fast‑growing marketplace for high‑quality refurbished electronics in Saudi Arabia. We are looking for an AI‑savvy junior salesperson to help create and manage partnership opportunities, engage customers, and shape our commercial engine.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new partnership opportunities across Saudi Arabia with retailers, brands, financial institutions and other potential partners.
• Reach out to prospects, conduct outreach, and communicate the benefits of refurbished electronics.
• Generate creative lead‑generation ideas and open doors to new sales channels.
• Leverage AI tools for prospect research, lead enrichment, personalized outreach, proposal preparation and market analysis.
• Maintain and manage a sales pipeline, turning conversations into concrete partnerships.
• Collaborate directly with founders and senior commercial team, learning and iterating quickly.

Required profile

• Early‑career professional (0–2 years of experience) with a strong hunger to achieve.
• Entrepreneurial mindset – you spot opportunities and act on them.
• Comfortable using AI in daily work to increase efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Persistent, fast‑learning, curious and commercially minded.
