Junior Finalizer

About the role

WonderEight is looking for a Junior Finalizer to join its creative team. In this position you will ensure that all design deliverables are accurate, polished, and ready for client presentation or publication.

Key responsibilities

• Proofread and quality‑check print and digital assets such as ads, brochures, packaging, and other collateral.
• Prepare files for production, including pre‑flighting, color correction, image resizing, and formatting for various media.
• Verify compliance with brand guidelines, copyright, trademark, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with designers, art directors, and external vendors to resolve any issues before final output.
• Incorporate client feedback, maintain version control, and meet project deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in quality control, print preparation, or a similar role within a creative agency or print shop.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design consistency.
