Jewelry Custom Order Specialist (Remote – Lebanon)

About the role

Gabriel & Co., a luxury fine‑jewelry house, is looking for an experienced Jewelry Custom Order Specialist to manage bespoke orders from concept to delivery. The role is fully remote, serving clients in Lebanon and coordinating with designers, craftsmen and suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage custom jewelry orders through the entire lifecycle, ensuring accurate documentation of client specifications, materials and timelines.
• Consult with clients, providing guidance on design options, gemstones, metals and customization possibilities.
• Translate client requirements into detailed design specifications and coordinate production with designers, craftsmen and vendors.
• Monitor progress, conduct quality checks and resolve any issues that could affect delivery.
• Maintain organized records, quotes, invoices and update internal order‑management systems.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the jewelry industry.
• Strong knowledge of fine jewelry terminology, diamonds, gemstones, precious metals and construction methods.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational and project‑management abilities.
• Fluent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
