Gallery Manager – Interior & Furniture Design

About the role

The Gallery Manager – Interior & Furniture Design is a full‑time, on‑site position in Beirut. You will oversee daily boutique and gallery operations, manage displays and inventory, and ensure a welcoming experience for visitors and clients while collaborating with the design team on interior and furniture concepts.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate sales activities, maintain client relationships, and ensure the gallery reflects the studio’s brand standards.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, vendor coordination, and basic reporting on sales and gallery performance.
• Manage displays, inventory, and the layout of furniture and accessories in the showroom.
• Support client presentations and translate design ideas into curated gallery layouts.

Required profile

• Experience in gallery or showroom management, preferably within interior design, furniture, or home décor.
• Background in Interior Design, Architecture, Product/Furniture Design, or Visual Merchandising.
• Strong visual and spatial sense for styling and layout of furniture and accessories.
• Excellent client‑facing skills, organizational abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and within a small creative team.
• Proficiency with basic digital tools and familiarity with design software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp.
