Insurance Broker – Property, Marine & Liability

About the role

Ascoma Insurance Advisor & Broker, a member of the Chedid Capital Group, is seeking an Insurance Broker to manage and grow a portfolio of clients across Property, Marine and Liability lines. The successful candidate will provide commercial and technical support, tailor insurance solutions and act as the main point of contact for multinational clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and retain a portfolio of clients in Property, Marine and Liability insurance.
• Identify cross‑selling and product diversification opportunities.
• Prepare and present commercial proposals, renewals and customized insurance solutions.
• Negotiate coverage terms and pricing with insurers.
• Review and manage policies, endorsements and contractual documentation.
• Respond to client inquiries and provide technical guidance on insurance products.
• Prepare reports, statistics and claims follow‑ups for clients and management.
• Collaborate with internal underwriting, claims, compliance and administration teams.
• Coordinate with Ascoma’s international network to support multinational client needs.
• Ensure compliance with KYC/AML procedures and relevant regulations.

Required profile

• University degree in Insurance, Business Administration, Commerce or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in insurance brokerage or account management.
• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
