Client Operations & Support Officer

About the role

MultiFi is seeking a detail‑oriented Client Operations & Support Officer to become the operational backbone of its trading platform. You will ensure smooth onboarding, accurate payment processing, and responsive client support while working on a rotating shift schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Process client deposits and withdrawals within SLA timelines.
• Open and verify new trading accounts, performing KYC/AML checks.
• Monitor accounts for suspicious activity and compliance flags.
• Maintain CRM and other operational platforms with accurate data.
• Work with payment gateways to process, track, and troubleshoot transactions.
• Perform daily reconciliation between payment providers, CRM, and trading platforms.
• Support accounting needs related to client funds and transaction records.
• Generate reports on client numbers, account activity, and transaction volumes.
• Respond to client inquiries via live chat, email, and phone.
• Liaise with payment providers and liquidity partners to resolve issues.
• Escalate complex cases to compliance, dealing, or management.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in a brokerage, fintech, bank, or payments environment (CFD/forex a plus).
• Strong understanding of KYC/AML procedures.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic or French a plus.
• Comfortable working rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Detail‑oriented, calm under pressure, and client‑focused.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using payment/reconciliation software.
• Basic accounting and reconciliation skills.
• Familiarity with MT5/MT4 platforms (advantage).
