About the role

Join RezlanHome’s Sales Department as an in‑store Sales Associate in Beirut. You will interact directly with customers, understand their home‑lifestyle needs, and guide them to the right products, ensuring a seamless purchasing experience.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers in‑store or via assigned channels, assess needs, and present suitable products.
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and maintain accurate records in the sales system.
• Maintain an organized showroom, follow up on leads, and support after‑sales service.
• Coordinate with logistics and finance teams to ensure timely deliveries and payments.
• Assist with basic sales reporting, participate in product training, and support promotional campaigns.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven customer‑service orientation with empathy and issue‑resolution focus.
• Demonstrated sales experience, including prospecting, needs assessment, and closing deals.
• Experience in training or onboarding teammates is a plus.
• Potential or experience in sales management tasks such as reporting and pipeline tracking.
• Comfort working on‑site in a fast‑paced retail or showroom environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when handling orders and inventory.
• Flexibility to work weekends or peak periods as needed.
• Prior experience in furniture, home goods, or related industries is advantageous.
