About the role
The Inside Sales Representative will generate leads and turn customer interest into sales, working closely with the field sales team and Pre‑Sales Engineers. You will manage Marketing Qualified Leads, qualify prospects, and drive them to become Sales Qualified Leads while meeting annual revenue targets.
Key responsibilities
- Handle Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) promptly, qualify them and convert to Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
- Identify and execute lead‑generation strategies to meet revenue goals.
- Collaborate with field sales and Pre‑Sales Engineers to close deals.
- Maintain daily follow‑up with customers and partners on open opportunities.
- Accelerate pipeline progression and avoid stalled transactions.
- Forecast deals on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
- Complete product trainings and present the portfolio to end users.
- Keep Salesforce up‑to‑date, log activities, build quotes and secure discount approvals.
- Manage renewal opportunities across the assigned territory.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 3‑5 years of relevant experience in the IT sector.
- Strong communication, highly organized, proactive and target‑driven.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
