About the role
We are seeking an Indoor Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role you will engage with customers, understand their needs, and drive sales within an indoor environment, contributing to the growth of our business.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers to promote our products and services.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Present product information, answer queries, and provide tailored solutions.
- Track sales activities, update CRM records, and meet or exceed assigned targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- Customer‑focused attitude with strong communication skills.
- Organized, self‑motivated and able to work independently.
- Good understanding of the sales process.
- Previous sales experience is an advantage.
Required skills
- Basic proficiency with standard office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets).
