About the role
The Indoor Sales Associate works on the shop floor to build strong relationships with customers, provide expert product knowledge, and deliver excellent after‑sales service. This role ensures the store’s visual standards are met while driving sales through effective merchandising and customer engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers, locate products, and clearly explain features and benefits.
- Process cash and card payments accurately, eliminating discrepancies.
- Maintain store image, merchandising, layout, and equipment according to brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the Operations or Store Manager to resolve customer issues and complaints.
- Achieve sales targets using various selling techniques.
- Assist the Store Manager with sales and customer reporting, stock replenishment, inventory checks, and operational tasks such as cleaning, price changes, and administrative duties.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1‑2 years of experience in the retail industry.
- Fluent in Arabic and English; French is a plus.
- Proven ability to operate a cash register.
- Strong team spirit and work ethic.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
