Inbound Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Inbound Sales Representative to join our growing remote sales team. You will engage fully qualified inbound leads via calls and online meetings, understand their needs, and present tailored program solutions that add value and drive success.

Key responsibilities

• Host engaging online meetings to convert qualified leads into satisfied clients.
• Understand customer needs and apply solution‑based selling strategies.
• Leverage tools and resources to consistently follow up with prospects and close sales.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records of all activities in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Experience in telemarketing, call‑center, phone sales, or virtual sales.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• High school graduate (college degree preferred).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to work weekends and overtime as needed.
• Access to a smartphone, laptop, and a reliable internet connection.
• Quick learner, tech‑savvy, and able to thrive in a high‑stress, fast‑paced environment.
