HR Operations & Talent Acquisition Intern

About the role

Join InternGrub as an HR Operations & Talent Acquisition Intern and gain hands‑on experience across recruitment, onboarding, and internal talent management. This remote, three‑month internship offers a chance to develop practical HR skills while supporting the team in day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting.
• Conduct competency‑based interviews, prepare evaluation notes, and provide shortlisting recommendations.
• Schedule interviews, send confirmations, maintain candidate communications, and coordinate with hiring departments.
• Manage welcome messages, reminders, and onboarding communications.
• Maintain candidate databases, internship trackers, attendance sheets, and onboarding documents.
• Track intern progress, probation performance, and completion status.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in recruitment, talent management, and HR operations.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
