Contractor – Onboarding & Offboarding (Egypt/Lebanon/Jordan)

About the role

Deloitte is seeking a Contractor to support onboarding and off‑boarding processes for its operations across Egypt, Lebanon and Jordan. The role involves coordinating with internal HR teams, external vendors and public relations officers to ensure smooth entry and exit of employees.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Services and Business HR teams to understand new joiner requirements and share onboarding checklists.
• Assist new joiners in completing onboarding tasks, answer queries, and collect required documents both physically and electronically.
• Coordinate with the Public Relations Officer (PRO) and external vendors to manage immigration activities, including family member immigration.
• Facilitate the setup of company assets, accounts, and other joining formalities for new employees.
• Ensure proper communication and actions for exiting employees in line with company policies.
• Prepare periodic reports on onboarding and off‑boarding status for each business line within the region.
• Respond to business line inquiries regarding onboarding and exit processes.
