About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented HR Operations Assistant to support daily HR activities for our team in Lebanon. The role focuses on maintaining accurate employee records, processing payroll inputs, and assisting with recruitment coordination while ensuring compliance with local labor regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with precision.
- Process payroll inputs and ensure timely, accurate data submission.
- Assist in recruitment coordination, including interview scheduling and candidate communication.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Manage HR documents through filing, archiving, and organization.
- Support scheduling and calendar management for HR meetings and events.
- Ensure all HR operations comply with Lebanese labor law.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail for data entry and document management.
- Basic knowledge of Lebanese labor law.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Previous experience in HR operations or administration is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with HR software and systems.
