Hotel Nurse

About the role

Accor is looking for a dedicated Nurse to provide medical support to both staff (Heartists) and guests within its hotel environment. The role involves first‑aid response, health monitoring, and coordination with health authorities to ensure a safe and healthy hospitality setting.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and follow up on all medical issues for staff and guests under doctor’s guidance.
• Liaise with Ministry of Health inspectors and laboratories for health card issuance and medical reports.
• Provide first‑aid, medical check‑ups, and maintain first‑aid kits.
• Manage emergency calls to Red Cross or civil defence.
• Administer and document medical files and correspondences with hospitals.
• Monitor hygienic standards for staff and oversee related health‑and‑safety projects.

Required profile

• Female candidate preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• CPR certification.
• Experience in senior care or a related field.
• Ability to work in a team, handle multiple tasks safely, and adapt to different shifts.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
