Face Stretch Therapist

About the role

alt REHAB is seeking a Face Stretch Therapist to deliver hands‑on facial stretching and related techniques to clients experiencing tension, discomfort, or limited mobility in the facial and neck areas. This on‑site contract position in Antelias involves client assessments, personalized treatment planning, and safe, hygienic session delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Greet clients, review concerns and medical histories, and explain procedures clearly.
• Conduct thorough facial and neck assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Perform therapeutic facial stretching sessions while maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
• Document treatment outcomes, track progress, and adjust plans based on client feedback.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary rehabilitation professionals as needed.
• Provide clients with simple at‑home exercise guidance.
• Manage appointment schedules and ensure a calm, professional environment.
• Maintain clean and organized therapy spaces and uphold ethical practice and confidentiality.

Required profile

• Relevant training or certification in massage therapy, physiotherapy, facial therapy, or a related hands‑on bodywork discipline.
• Strong understanding of facial anatomy, muscle function, and safe stretching techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client interaction.
• Ability to conduct assessments, document sessions accurately, and modify treatment plans.
• High standards of hygiene, professionalism, and adherence to clinical protocols.
• Capacity to work independently on‑site in Antelias and manage a client schedule.
• Prior experience in rehabilitation, wellness, spa, or clinical settings is an advantage.
• Willingness to engage in ongoing learning related to facial stretching and evidence‑informed rehabilitation.
