Child & Teenager Psychotherapist

About the role

Build Consultancy Circle is seeking a freelance Child & Teenager Psychotherapist to join its hybrid team. You will provide individual psychotherapy to children and adolescents, conduct intake assessments, and create tailored treatment plans using evidence‑based approaches.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver one‑on‑one psychotherapy sessions for children and teens.
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Apply evidence‑based interventions such as CBT, analytical, integrative, and mindfulness‑based therapies.
• Collaborate with caregivers, schools, and multidisciplinary professionals to ensure coordinated support.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in weekly supervision.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or higher in Clinical Psychology, Child & Adolescent Psychology, or a related field.
• Licensure or eligibility for licensure with the Lebanese Order of Psychologists (LOPsy).
• Proven experience working with children and adolescents in clinical settings.
• Fluency in Arabic; proficiency in English or French is a plus.
• Commitment to ethical standards, evidence‑based practice, and continuous learning.
