Graphic Designer – AI & Creative (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer with a strong focus on AI‑assisted creativity to join our Marketing team remotely from Lebanon. You will support CXG’s B2B and thought‑leadership initiatives by producing high‑impact visual content for social media, reports, presentations and internal communications.

Key responsibilities

• Create compelling social‑media graphics, carousels and posts that reflect CXG’s brand identity.
• Design professional reports and infographics using Adobe InDesign, enhancing complex content with visual storytelling.
• Develop visually engaging PowerPoint presentations for internal and external audiences, turning data‑heavy material into digestible slides.
• Leverage AI generation tools such as MidJourney to produce unique, brand‑consistent imagery and integrate it into content pipelines.
• Produce quick‑turn internal communication visuals that are easily repurposable by teams.
• Craft vector‑based designs, icons and SVG assets using Adobe Illustrator for both digital and print use.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in graphic design, preferably within a consultancy or B2B environment.
• Strong eye for detail, brand consistency and visual storytelling.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a remote setting.
