Financial Analyst / Power BI Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Financial Analyst with strong Power BI expertise to join our finance and operations team. In this hybrid role you will design dashboards, perform financial analysis and support treasury and reporting activities for a rapidly growing personal‑injury law firm.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards that visualize financial and operational data.
• Create advanced Excel models to support decision‑making and scenario analysis.
• Assist with expense verification, expense reporting and other finance‑related tasks.
• Analyze balance sheets, income statements and provide insights for financial planning.
• Support treasury operations, cash‑flow forecasting and budgeting.
• Maintain and reconcile data in QuickBooks Online, ensuring accuracy of financial reports.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather, validate and interpret data.

Required profile

• Proven experience building Power BI dashboards.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas and data modeling.
• Solid understanding of financial statements and business acumen.
• Attention to detail in mathematical and financial analysis.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
