Field Sales Manager

About the role

Union Healthcare Partners is seeking a dynamic Field Sales Manager to lead its field sales team. You will be responsible for executing principal strategies, achieving sales targets, and ensuring full territory coverage while maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals and pharmacy stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Sales Representatives and Team Leaders through regular field visits, debriefings, and performance management.
• Align quarterly targets and action plans with principals and internal stakeholders, and cascade strategies to the field.
• Monitor sales performance, receivables collection, returns, pricing differences, expired products, and routing.
• Prepare sales, collection, and market analysis reports with actionable recommendations.
• Gather competitive intelligence and customer feedback to inform strategy.
• Coordinate with Sales Management, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, IT, and other departments to ensure product availability and operational efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with quality, ethical standards, and company policies.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in field sales, preferably in retail pharma.
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
• Proven track record of team management and achieving sales targets.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and negotiation skills.
