Facility Manager

About the role

The Facility Manager will oversee the efficient operation and maintenance of multiple sites within an assigned zone, ensuring optimal performance, contractual compliance, and high‑quality client service.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate system performance, identify issues early and coordinate corrective actions to maintain peak efficiency.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with service level agreements, contractual obligations and local regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections, document findings and present detailed technical reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Develop, implement and continuously improve preventive maintenance plans and schedules.
• Utilise a CAFM system to track operational parameters, approve work orders and maintain accurate data.
• Maintain 24/7 operational readiness, manage escalation procedures and coordinate emergency interventions.
• Oversee execution of planned and reactive maintenance, managing subcontractors to meet quality and safety standards.
• Hold frequent client meetings, propose value‑added services and deliver performance reports including KPIs and incident summaries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical preferred).
• Fluent in French.
• IFMA or MEFMA certification highly desirable.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in facility or site management.
• Strong leadership, team management and stakeholder coordination abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
