Business Development Executive – Property Management

About the role

UDIR is a fast‑growing property management firm that offers end‑to‑end services for property owners. We are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to lead the acquisition of new properties and clients, guiding prospects from first contact through contract signing.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect property owners, developers, investors, brokers and other real‑estate partners.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective properties and clients.
• Conduct outreach via calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn and face‑to‑face meetings.
• Qualify leads based on location, condition, owner expectations and commercial potential.
• Schedule and perform property visits, gather data for internal evaluation.
• Present UDIR’s services, operating models and value proposition to owners.
• Prepare customized proposals, commercial offers and rental revenue forecasts.
• Negotiate management fees, contract terms and scope of services.
• Coordinate with operations, finance and management teams to close deals and ensure smooth handover.
• Develop partnerships with brokers, developers, relocation firms and other referral sources.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, proposals and deal status; report on pipeline performance.

Required profile

• Previous experience in business development, sales, real‑estate or property management.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable with cold calling, outreach and consistent follow‑up.
• Commercially minded with the ability to assess financial potential of opportunities.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; knowledge of the Lebanese real‑estate market is a plus.
• Valid driving licence and access to transportation preferred.
