CV Writer & Editor (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a talented CV Writer & Editor to join our remote recruitment enablement team. In this role you will help experienced professionals craft compelling, industry‑specific CVs that showcase their achievements and improve their chances of landing dream jobs.

Key responsibilities

• Write and refine CV bullet points by analysing clients’ experience, responsibilities and career highlights.
• Conduct deep‑dive research on clients’ industries, roles and achievements to ensure accurate representation.
• Edit and proofread content for clarity, conciseness, grammar, punctuation and overall structure.
• Tailor the tone, style and format of each CV to match the target industry, role and client preferences.
• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve CV creation processes and maintain company standards.
• Gather client feedback and make iterative improvements to deliver high‑quality, customized CVs.
• Create eye‑catching summaries that highlight core competencies and unique value propositions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years professional writing experience, preferably in CV or resume writing.
• Exceptional written and verbal English language skills.
• Familiarity with career coaching, recruitment processes and ATS optimisation.
• Ability to quickly learn about multiple industries and adapt writing style accordingly.
• Strong attention to detail in grammar, punctuation and document structure.
• Self‑motivated with a commitment to continuous learning.
