About the Position

Main Missions

• Act as the main point of contact for Arabic-speaking customers via email, chat, and phone.
• Resolve technical issues and provide accurate information regarding our products and services.
• Manage and track customer interactions and support tickets within the CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to improve service quality and product knowledge.
• Maintain professional and empathetic communication to ensure high customer satisfaction levels.
• Stay updated on product evolutions and internal procedural changes through continuous training.

Profile Required

• Native or professional fluency in Arabic (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Proficiency in English to facilitate internal communication and documentation.
• Strong ability to work autonomously in a remote/home-office setting.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills characterized by empathy, patience, and professionalism.
• Highly organized with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
