About the Position
Join ReLytix, a company dedicated to delivering exceptional products and services, as a Customer Support Specialist. In this key role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our Arabic-speaking clientele, ensuring a seamless and high-quality user experience in a fully remote environment.
Main Missions
- Act as the main point of contact for Arabic-speaking customers via email, chat, and phone.
- Resolve technical issues and provide accurate information regarding our products and services.
- Manage and track customer interactions and support tickets within the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to improve service quality and product knowledge.
- Maintain professional and empathetic communication to ensure high customer satisfaction levels.
- Stay updated on product evolutions and internal procedural changes through continuous training.
Profile Required
- Native or professional fluency in Arabic (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Proficiency in English to facilitate internal communication and documentation.
- Strong ability to work autonomously in a remote/home-office setting.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills characterized by empathy, patience, and professionalism.
- Highly organized with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
