About the role
We are seeking a professional and organized Customer Service Specialist to handle student inquiries, clearly explain our tutoring services, and act as the liaison between students and tutors. This position focuses on support rather than sales and requires strong communication and attention to detail.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to student inquiries via WhatsApp and other social platforms.
- Explain services, pricing, and processes in a clear and friendly manner.
- Coordinate communication between students and tutors to ensure smooth operations.
- Track payments, confirm order details, and maintain accurate records.
- Handle complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain organized records using Google Sheets.
- Follow up with pending students to ensure satisfaction.
Required profile
- Strong Arabic writing skills.
- Good English communication abilities.
- Fast response time and highly organized.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Prefer candidates who can commute easily to Mar Elias, Beirut.
