About the role
We are seeking a friendly and organized Customer Service Representative to join our energetic team. In this full‑time position you will interact directly with customers, ensuring they receive a smooth and positive experience while handling cash transactions and maintaining store standards.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers to guarantee a pleasant experience.
- Handle transactions and keep accurate cash records.
- Open and close the cash register with full accountability.
- Resolve customer concerns or escalate when necessary.
- Follow all security and compliance procedures.
- Maintain a positive attitude and a smile throughout the shift.
Required profile
- A degree in Business or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service.
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English (French is a plus).
- Excellent listening and interpersonal abilities.
- Proactive approach to problem‑solving and priority management.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
