About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Foreman for a short‑term, three‑month assignment to lead daily activities on a busy building site. The role involves direct supervision of trades, ensuring work progresses safely and meets the project’s quality standards.

Key responsibilities

Supervise daily site operations and coordinate crews.
Climb scaffolding to inspect work progress, quality, and compliance.
Monitor adherence to project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Report any failures, defects, or non‑compliance to the Site Engineer promptly.
Follow up on task completion to guarantee correct execution.

Required profile

Previous experience as a construction foreman or site supervisor.
Physically fit and capable of climbing scaffolding safely.
Strong communication and reporting abilities.
