Construction Foreman – 3-Month Contract

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Construction Foreman for a short‑term, three‑month assignment to lead daily activities on a busy building site. The role involves direct supervision of trades, ensuring work progresses safely and meets the project’s quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily site operations and coordinate crews.
- Climb scaffolding to inspect work progress, quality, and compliance.
- Monitor adherence to project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Report any failures, defects, or non‑compliance to the Site Engineer promptly.
- Follow up on task completion to guarantee correct execution.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a construction foreman or site supervisor.
- Physically fit and capable of climbing scaffolding safely.
- Strong communication and reporting abilities.
